Virgine’s 5 top tips to extend {and fall in love again with} your winter wardrobe:
1. Borrow from your man…
Leather jacket, business shirts, even jeans,and belts – supplement your wardrobe with a few pieces of ‘his’.
2. Layer…
Layering is a practical way to dress in winter, and it extends your wardrobe. A turtleneck, under a sweater, under a jacket, under a coat, will not only keep you warm but will also re-style well-worn pieces.
3. Combine textures…
Wearing chunky knits with delicate summer silks work perfectly together in winter.
4. Accessorise…
Alternating hats, socks, bags, can add more ‘wear’ to your wardrobe.
5. Add animal print…
Wearing a single leopard or snake accessory will update any colour palette, adding two different animal prints with add style ‘wow’.
