What’s the best beauty tip you’ve ever picked up or learned along the way?
Drink more water!
Treat your hair like your best friend.
Wear SPF every day and don’t forget a hat.
Oh, and sleep. It’s honestly the best beauty product there is, although sometimes it’s hard to come by.
What are your go-to beauty products you can’t live without?
Magnesium for sleep
Keeper Complete Longevity for energy
Mukti Organics Queen of the Night for dry skin. Use JULIATHEVISTA for 20% off.
Booie Tinted BB Cream
MECCA To Save Face SPF50+ Superscreen
It’s All Fluff Blush
Hourglass Bronzer
ILIA Lip Sketch Hydrating Crayon
AYU Perfume Oils
Silk hair scrunchies
And if we’re talking beauty essentials, I’d also have to add meditation, fresh food and the ocean.

Do you have a time-saving beauty trick you swear by?
Yes! My everyday routine takes less than five minutes:
Tinted moisturiser
Blush
Lip pencil
Brush up my brows and slick my hair back
Done. If I have a little extra time, I’ll give myself a quick gua sha or a freestyle buccal massage with facial oil after my shower.
Have you ever had a beauty fail, and what did you learn from it?
I used to wear very dark lipstick. Remember the Poppy lipstick days? It definitely wasn’t flattering, but at the time I thought it looked incredibly chic!

Who’s your ultimate beauty inspiration?
Natural beauties who aren’t afraid to go bare, especially women from my generation and beyond. There’s something so beautiful about confidence and authenticity.
Do you have a favourite beauty look you always come back to?
I always come back to fresh, dewy skin, a flick of mascara and a beautiful matte red lip. Whether I’m dressed up or simply wearing a white T-shirt and jeans, it feels timeless, polished and effortlessly glamorous. I usually reach for reds from MAC or Estée Lauder.
