{Me too!} Here’s some tips that may help us both get a better night’s sleep tonight…


“Grab a pen and a pad of paper, and take note of your sleeping habits,” recommends Allure magazine! To fix your sleep issues, you have to figure out what’s causing them. That’s why experts recommend keeping a sleep log. Every morning, jot down how you feel and how you slept. After three weeks, a pattern will emerge. You can then use that information to fine-tune your sleeping habits.
+ try these 5 things tonight {and every night} for better sleep:
1. Meditate—without rolling your eyes.
2. Power down – and switch off all screens – two hours before bed.
3. Do something that mellows you out.
4. Get rid of any anxiety with a few mists of a lavender spray, or squirts of Rescue Remedy Sleep Spray.
5. Make a to-do and to-don’t list for the next day, to help get things out of your head.
