GLOW, Blueberry and Cinnamon Smoothie

SERVES 2 (makes 2 cups/500ml)

what-you-need:
2 cups of frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 banana
2 tsp of GLOW Inner Beauty Essential
2 tsp of chia seeds (ideally soaked overnight, or for at least one hour)
2 cups of almond milk

what-you-do:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
