Originally from Milan, Italy, Silvia Colloca is a food writer, TV producer, opera singer-actress and host. She has authored five cookbooks, Silvia’s Cucina, Made in Italy, La Dolce Vita, Love, Laugh, Bake! and her latest book launched in February 2021, Simple Italian.
In 2020, Silvia was thrilled to see her series Wok Vs Pot, with friend and celebrated cook, Marion Grasby, premiere on SBS Food, with the series currently being sold around the world.
Silvia has co-written, co-produced and hosted the much-loved SBS show Made In Italy with Silvia Colloca, shot on location in Le Marche and Abruzzo regions, which garnered a worldwide following of passionate food lovers. This show earned her a TV Week Logie Award nomination for Best New Talent in 2015. Silvia also wrote, co-produced and hosted
