CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE REALLY ARE GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN {WHEN MADE INTO THIS DELICIOUS BODY SCRUB}
by our ‘beauty chef’ contributor, Carla Oates

WEEKENDREVIVAL1

This super-easy-to-make chocolate and coffee body scrub will smooth your skin and kickstart your lymphatic system. The delicious ingredients are also the perfect combination for glowing, healthy skin: Coffee is renowned for its ability to help stimulate congested areas on the thighs and buttocks and cocoa is rich in skin-protective antioxidants as well as magnesium which is helpful for rejuvenating skin tissue. The coconut oil will make your skin glow while also giving it a good dose of moisturising fatty acids plus lauric acid which is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Enjoy!

Chocolate and Coffee Body Scrub

what you need:

1 cup of raw sugar
1/2 cup of coconut oil (unrefined)

Note: The oil will make the shower recess very slippery, so be careful.
Note: Please do a patch test on the inside of your arm, before applying to the face to test for an adverse/allergic reaction.
