Here’s how keep liner in it’s place because pencil alone can smear and disappear.

If you want eyeliner to last, apply powder shadow with a damp eyeliner brush. If you prefer to use a pencil liner, you will have to layer a similarly coloured powder eye shadow over the top of it. The reason why… pencil is emollient and will inevitably drift and end up halfway down your face. Probably not the look you’re after!
