With five much-loved studios across Sydney, including Avalon, Newport, Narrabeen, Cromer and Frenchs Forest, Feels has quietly built a loyal following for movement that supports rather than exhausts. Classes build strength without draining you. Spaces feel calm, welcoming and considered. It is Pilates with intention, without the intensity hangover.
Still, even the most committed among us know that life does not always cooperate. School drop-offs blur into work deadlines, schedules shift, energy comes and goes. Making it into the studio is not always realistic.
Which is exactly where feels@home comes in.
Launching in March 2026, feels@home is the natural evolution of the Feels philosophy. Created by founders Sam McKay and Lauren Malcolm alongside long-time client and branding expert Emma Phillips, it is a digital platform designed to bring the studio experience into your living room, without losing what makes Feels, makes you feel. This is not about another fitness app. It is about preserving a feeling.

The idea began with a very real, very familiar need. For Emma, Pilates played a key role in rebuilding strength and confidence after having children, not just physically but mentally too. The studio became a place of reset. A space that felt grounding in the midst of everyday life.
But there were days when getting to class simply was not possible. And yet, the desire to move properly, safely and with guidance she trusted was still there.
Together with Sam and Lauren, the answer became clear. Create a way to extend that studio connection beyond four walls. Something that honoured the method, the teaching and the community Feels is known for.

What sets feels@home apart is that it is built entirely around The Feels Way, a fully documented teaching method rather than a collection of random sequences.
Every class is designed with structure, progression and care. Expect clear cues, intelligent modifications including pregnancy and injury-friendly options, and movement that adapts to where you are, not where you think you should be.
And yes, the playlists matter. These are the kind that make you want to move, not rush to mute.
This is Pilates that respects the body.
No perfection.
No punishment.
Just movement that builds strength, ease and confidence over time.

Because it feels real. Not performative. Not demanding.
Feels@home is not trying to turn your living room into a bootcamp or your body into a project. It understands that movement is seasonal. That some days you want strength, other days softness, and sometimes you just want to move without pressure.
What stands out most is how closely it mirrors the studio experience. The guidance feels clear and supportive. The classes feel intentional. There is a sense of being led rather than pushed.
Most of all, it keeps the essence of Feels intact. The calm. The clarity. The quiet confidence that comes from moving well and moving often. It is Pilates that fits into real life, not something else to keep up with.
If you love Feels studios but needed more flexibility, feels@home is a must-have.
Get on the listWhile the platform officially launches on 1 March 2026, the energy around feels@home is already building. The team is currently capturing content across studio and coastal locations to ensure the digital experience mirrors the atmosphere Feels is loved for: calm, grounded and quietly empowering.
