
1. Start when the skin is dry {but not freshly shaven ore recently waxed}. Dead skin cells will shed faster and more efficiently when skin isn’t wet.
2. Standing in the shower with the water off, use your hands to massage in your body scrub into the skin in a circular motion. Spend more time on areas of the body that tend to be rougher: like elbows, legs, knees and heels.
3. Let scrub sit for five minutes, and then rinse it iff with warm water. Many scrubs contain essential oils that are moistursing when they coat the skin.
4. While the skin is still damp, slather on a thick body cream or oil.
5. Repeat the process up to two or three times a week. For sensitive skin, once a week is enough.
