The Nick Spencer Wines 2018 Blanc de Blanc is a gorgeous, vibrant sparkling that is perfect for summer celebrations and an absolute must for Christmas lunches and get-togethers this year.

Made entirely from Chardonnay, this sparkling wine has had an extended period on yeast lees following secondary fermentation in the bottle. This has allowed the wine to develop slowly, offering subtle complexities to accompany the bright, pure fruit – the hallmarks of this traditional style of sparkling. A low dosage – 4g/L has given the perfect crisp, mouth-watering finish.
