There are certain moves that you can do with your body that can have a real impact on how you feel. This is a move that will really help you when you need to get your mojo back and those times when you need to find some strength or to ground yourself. One of the women that come to my group fitness classes in Avalon says that this is the number one move that makes her feel so good.
