½ cup ice cubes
2 cups spinach
2 stalks celery
1 cucumber, chopped
1cm knob ginger, peeled
Method: Combine all ingredients, blend well and serve
Tropical Green Smoothie
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
½ cup fresh mango chunks
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method: Blend all ingredients with a little water until smooth
