“In my job you have to remember people are brushing my hair every day,” she explains. “You have to remember the last thing I want (on a day off) is a brush in my hair!”

“{Beauty} products are amazing but if you are putting things that are unhealthy inside your body it’s just masking stuff,” she recently told Associated Press. “I haven’t drank soda in 10 years.”

1. Blow out hair first, then wrap sections around an iron, focusing the curl at the ends, below ear height.
2. Mist hair with a light styling spray.
3. Now loosen the strands with your fingers and give your head a good shake. This helps soften the curls and gives you a lighter, less “done” look.
