Mangoes offer the perfect natural ingredients that promote glowing, healthy, fresh skin, just in time for summer. The nations favourite fruit is rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, which are great for their anti-ageing benefits:
Vitamin C – reduces the damage induced by the sun’s UV rays, although it’s not a sunscreen, it protects against free radicals.
Vitamin A – also known as Retinol, diminishes fine lines by stimulating collagen production and lightening dark patches on the skin.
Vitamin B6 – a water-soluble vitamin that reduces sebum on the skin.
Vitamin E – a fat-soluble vitamin that’s great for hydrating the skin.

ingredients:
1 tablespoon mango pulp
1 tablespoon flax flour
1 teaspoon organic honey

directions:
Mix to make a paste, massage into your skin, leave for 15 mins until dry, then wash face and pat gently dry – repeat once every two weeks for the best results!
