perfect escape: EDEN FARM ESCAPE BY EDEN EQUINE

Avatar

This is the perfect weekend getaway for the whole family, including your fur-baby…

Nestled in the quiet charm of Bilpin in the Blue Mountains, is Eden Farm Escape; bespoke accommodation that is child, dog and horse -friendly and set on the picturesque equine farm, providing the ultimate weekend getaway if you’re looking to escape to the country and want to unwind in nature.

Just 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney and perfectly positioned with their own spectacular view overlookingthe scenic Blue Mountains, five self-contained cabins, set on 90 acres of white-fenced green paddocks, have been carefully designed to capture the intimacy of country charm with contemporary touches to make you feel at home.

When we first told the boys we were going to a farm stay, they were excited about getting Friday off school, and that we could take Jake with us, but they actually thought we were going to a ‘stuffy old’ farm stay. When we arrived at Eden and saw the cabins where we were staying, they were ecstatic.

We stayed for a long weekend, and absolutely loved it… we highly recommend it. It’s the perfect escape for couples, families, groups and your four-legged friends. Yes, they are pet-friendly!

about

Eden Farm Escape by Eden Equine has been a shared labour of love by the amazing creative duo behind The Grumpy Baker, Michael Cthurmer and Deborah Goodman. Initially purchasing the property in 2016 as their family weekend home, Michael and Deborah have spent the last two years transforming the property into luxury farm-stay accommodation and a working equine -assisted therapy farm, with the aim of bettering the lives of people and particularly children by working with horses and a specialised equine psychotherapist in a safe and supportive environment.

Deb, Michael and their kids are amazing… from the minute we started chatting, it was like we had known them forever. And nothing was a problem, they were the perfect hosts.
