this recipe {they’ve kindly shared with us} is perfect to make this weekend – or gives you the perfect excuse to visit The Boathouse yourself !?!


what-you-need:

200G hot smoked ocean trout
20G mayonnaise
30G creme fraiche
10G cornichons
10G butter
1 tps capers
a handful of fresh dill

what-you-do:
Finally chop the fresh dill, capers and cornichons. Melt the butter, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with lemon, creme fraiche and top with your choice of herbs. And best eaten with a summer cocktail or chilled wine. : )
