MEET TALINE GABRIELIAN, FOUNDER OF HIPPIE LANE, AND CREATOR OF AMAZING WHOLE-FOOD, PLANT-BASED RECIPES THE FAMILY WILL LOVE.

Hippie Lane now has a cult following amongst the worldwide health community, with a reputation for effortlessly combining health and style with Taline’s signature trendsetting recipes that are beautiful to the eye and delicious to eat.


Influenced by her cultural roots, curiosity and blessed with a creative gift for healthy recipe development, Taline Gabrielian is passionate about food, health and family. She started experimenting with a variety of less commonly known healthy ingredients, including gluten free grains, raw and natural plant-based ingredients and she fell in love with the tastes and textures that resulted in fabulous recipes for her family.

Taline’s much anticipated first book, stemming from her incredibly popular Instagram and App is full of ideas for fresh and filling breakfasts, innovative lunches, nourishing snacks, beautiful bliss bowls, power salads with gorgeous creamy dressings, weekday dinners and weekend inspiration meals as well as the most amazing sweet treats! In fact, nourishing, family, plant based food for all occasions.

We chatted to Taline to find out a little more about her and her ‘colourful’ world:

What inspires you? The health of my family
What’s your work title? There are many! Author, blogger, social influencer, recipe developer.

What was your first ever job? Retail assistant at Portmans.

What did you want to be ‘when you were little’? A cook!

How did Hippie Lane come about? From my personal struggle with food sensitivities. I needed to cut out gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and refined sugar from my diet. I began to experiment with wholefood alternatives to and fell in love with the creative process and the tastes that resulted. I wanted to share my recipes with the world and launched Hippie Lane. That was in 2013.

Explain your usual day? Breakfast, school run, long walk, recipe session / photography, emails, appointments, lunch, school pick up, after school activities, dinner, next day prep, kids to bed, time with husband, bed.

What ‘makes your day’? Landing the perfect recipe and seeing my children.

Three things in your life you can’t live without? My family, good music and my dog, Cindy.
