The unique tiny spoon charm that adorns each hand-stamped commission will increase in significance this Christmas as The Cutlery Commission Australia look to offer a gift wrapping service that will donate all profits to The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation.

TCC Tiny Spoons 1

Tiny Spoons for tiny people was a campaign created by Director of The Cutlery Commission Australia Laurie Creasy whose eldest daughter Millie spent a short period in NICU in 2009.

“The Royal is a very special place. When I was transferred there with my daughter 48 hours after she was born, I experienced the incomparable affection that is bestowed upon the tiny people in their care. For sure they are world leading health professionals, but before that they are tireless guardians who impart knowledge gently, and literally carry mothers and their babies through some of the toughest moments they will ever experience.”

“A donation to The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation can save a baby’s life. Seeing a family leave the hospital together, happy and healthy, is the most beautiful gift you could give this Christmas. It’s wonderful that The Cutlery Commission are so generously supporting the hospital,” says Catherine Oates Smith, The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation CEO.

TCC Wrap Battle

The gift-wrap service includes a Scandinavian theme printed cloth tied with twine; complete with a note regarding the donation and signature tiny spoon charm. Perfection!

Tiny spoons for tiny people will run from November 17th in conjunction with World Prematurity Day.
