3 oh-no beauty disasters, 3 DIY QUICK FIXES

IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US… BEAUTY GONE-WRONG, JUST WHEN YOU LEAST NEED IT

Here’s three of the most common disaters and their easy quick-fixes {no-one will ever know!}

A BAD DYE JOB Those boxed dyes can be unpredictable which can be a serious blow to your confidence. Help the colour fade faster with a gentle clarifying or specialist dandruff shampoo which will suck the colour out in no time.

A BROKEN NAIL Broken digits can be a surefire pain in the butt and often unavoidable, especially when you’re waiting for them to grow back. Temporarily repair a broken nail with a small piece of an empty tea bag glued down with acrylic nail glue and then cover it with a few coats of nail polish for a seamless patch.

A STREAKY TAN You need to exfoliate and moisturise properly before applying fake tan or else you’ll end up with uneven streaking all over your body. If this happens to you, soak in a warm bath to help the colour lift and then exfoliate the skin. If the colour is still blotchy you can buy fake tan remover to clean the canvas.
