Start kneading. Briskly rub your hands together until they feel warm from the friction. Then sweep the cleanser over your cheeks (with both hands) in an up- and-down, massaging motion.
Release tension. Starting at the bridge of the nose, press on your brow bone with fingers; hold for five seconds. Then move fingers down along nostrils and across cheekbones to temples, pushing every coupla centimetres.
Breathe deeply. Inhale through nose and exhale through mouth 10 times – because mindful breaths ease skin-harming stress. Rinse off your cleanser with warm water and pat dry.
