1. Massage bumpy-prone spots to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, which break down fatty tissue. Follow with a body cream that contains caffeine, seaweed, herbs or spices.

2. Mask stubborn body dimples by applying self-tanner {bumpt bits aren’t as noticeable on bronzed skin}. To ensure a flawless finish, exfoliate and moisturise skin beforehand.

3. Soften rough, flaky patches on your face or body by dabbing on olive oil. Olive oil soothes dry skin and absorbs easily to nourish deep beneath the surface. It’s also rich in vitamin E which helps restore and retain skin’s youthfulness.
