OKAY, IT’S NOT QUITE WHAT YOU THINK… {BUT WE GOT YOUR ATTENTION, YES?

here’s a different kind of workout to do this weekend

Don’t worry about dusting off your dumbbells to improve your muscle tone – put your wine bottles to good use! Get ready to feel the burn in your arms, tummy, bottom and inner thighs. Low weight and lots of repetitions is one of my favourite ways to train as I see it gives my clients that long, lean toning that they are after. Doing moves like these also creates a wonderful feeling of strength throughout your body. Enjoy!
