Here is a quick guide of 5 points to keep in mind to feel better and more
harmony in with yourself:


1. Don’t be afraid to let the past go. When something is not making you feel good it doesn’t matter what it is you just have to let it go. When you are more connected to your true self and God you will experience joy. So trust yourself, your inner guide, your intuition.

2. You have to honour yourself and your truth no matter what it is. Do you remember the things that get you really excited? Even though other people consider them silly? Do them and enjoy them. Then do them!

3. Don’t live to please others and don’t live afraid of what other people think about you. The truth is that no one cares much more about you thank you do. Live to be happy, live to do what you like, live in freedom.

4. Improve your spiritual life by being conscious that everybody is equal to you. Nobody is more, nobody is less. There are people who grow up spiritually less faster than you. Have patience everyone has their time, don’t judge.

5. Find a partner who makes you happy, who honours your truth, with whom you can talk about anything, who cares about your spiritual grow and your joy. Be with someone who makes you smile.
