3 SIMPLE DELCIOUS KIWI RECIPES THAT YOU CAN MAKE IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES – PERFECT FOR THE WEEKEND

by Melanie from Chez Melina

Melina from one of our fave food blogs, Chez Melina has created three kiwi-love recipes: a smoothie recipe to start the day, a kiwi/jar recipe for a delicious dessert, and finally healthy kiwi-coconut water ice blocks – the kids will love these!

“When I create my recipes, I prefer to choose fruits that not only taste great, but are nutritious and respect the environment. That’s why I chose kiwis for these treats. Delicious, very rich in vitamins, the kiwi provides vitamin C {it contains more than oranges}, vitamin E, vitamin K, u potassium, calcium and magnesium (and B9, B1, B2, B3, A). I hope you enjoy my recipes!” – love Melina X
