To celebrate their 25th silver anniversary, Park Hyatt Sydney {one of our most-fave hotels} is bringing together past and present chefs for just one night, one dinner, one experience that is ‘to dine for’…

The ‘8 talented hands’ in the kitchen for this special event belong to Franck Detrait of Park Hyatt Sydney, Fabien Berteau of Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Alessandro Pavoni of two-hatted Ormeggio at the Spit, and Ross Lusted of two-hatted The Bridge Room. They are all donating their time, talent and food, to create delicious samplings and an indulgent four-course menu – with all the proceeds from the evening going to each chefs’ charity of choice, {which includes Camp Quality, Heart Research Australia and SIDS and Kids}.

8 Hands in The Dining Room will start with a cocktail reception where hors d’oeuvres prepared by the chefs will be served in the hotel’s Guest House. These will be followed by an elegant sit-down dinner at the hotel’s waterfront restaurant, where Franck, Fabien, Alessandro and Ross will prepare an exceptional four-course meal. While dining, guests will be also treated to a special live performance.
