MEET THE VERY DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL LIZZY WILLIAMSON

our new Motivation & Fitness Contributor. We’re so excited to have her onboard – you’re just going to love her!


The gorgeous Lizzy Williamson is a personal trainer, integrative nutrition health coach and founder of The Two Minute Workout. Her programs and workouts have already inspired many women to transform their lives by discovering how to be active, eat well and feel good even when they have no time, energy or motivation. We love that Lizzy is contributing her expertise, right here on bellaMUMMA, where she will help to inspire all of us to live an active life full of nourishment, confidence, happiness and fulfillment.

To find out more about Lizzy, we asked her ‘the bellaMUMMA questions’… here’s her answers : )

You, in three words? Positive, Holistic, Happy

What inspires you? Women entrepreneurs who have created a business and life they love.

What’s your work title? Health and Fitness Coach.

What was your first ever job? Teaching three year olds ‘expressive movement’.

What did you want to be ‘when you were little’? A dancer.

How did ‘the 2 minute workout’ come about? As a personal trainer, so many people would stop me in the street to say they really wanted to exercise but they had “no time”. I wanted to eliminate that excuse and share that it is possible to fit in moments throughout your day that you can actively move your body and how good you feel when you do.

Explain your usual day? I get up an hour before the rest of my household and if I’m not training a client or a group I have a 45 minute jog with some park bench exercises and 5 minutes of meditation half way through. Home to whipping up a green smoothie, getting my two girls off to school, last minute search for library books etc and after a walk back from school listening to an Entrepreneur on Fire podcast I get to work. I go and train a group of fitness clients, film a 2 minute workout, see a client for a health coaching session, work on my business and before I know it, it’s school pick up time!

What ‘makes your day’? Ticking off my to-do list and doing something that scares me.

Who’s your fashion icon? Two local Northern beaches girls: Sara Smith – Fashion Editor of Elle and Virgine Batterson of Mamapapa.

How would you describe your style? Boho on the rare occasions I’m out of my lycra!

Three products you can’t live without? Rubifresh anti-aging moisturiser, Vanessa Megan Organic Deodorant and my new Hourglass ‘Ballet’ lipstick – it’s so pink and I love it.

4 fave songs on your iPod? It’s been too long since I got to choose anything other than Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, One Direction or Annie the Musical so I can’t remember what’s on there!

Fave perfume? Ralph Lauren Romance. I wore it on my wedding day. The smell takes me right back there.

What will you be doing 5 years time? Still living in the northern beaches running a rocking online and face-to-face coaching business that I love and that gives me freedom to be with my family, travel and have a whole lot of fun.
