When actresses and models need to get their bodies ready for the big screen, red carpet or for photo shoots, Key Son is the trainer they call.


So we are thrilled that he’s come onboard to customise health and love-your-body fitness advice
especially for us…

With close to two decades in the health and fitness industry, Key has developed a unique program that tones and lengthens muscles to give a long, lean, and well- balanced look. Key works as a trainer and consultant to the Film and Fashion Industry. Celebrities and fashion models count on him to tone and lengthen their bodies for the red carpet and the runway.

His clients have included Hilary Swank, Keri Russell, Gretchen Mol, Marisa Tomei, and other NYC talent, and the supermodels have included Daria Werbowy, Gemma Ward, Lily Donaldson, Doutzen Kroes, plus other models from IMG and DNA Modeling Agencies.

He is also the trainer and creator of The New York Model Workout, and has been featured and recognised by Allure Magazine, Fitness Magazine, and V Magazine.

Key has a Doctorate in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and his knowledge of the human body has allowed him to find ways to apply resistance and challenge the muscles to tone and shape the body. He has created a routine that narrows and flattens the waist, lengthens and tones the legs and tightens the arms. The exercises sculpt the muscles without bulking up and without the use of machines or free weights.
