WE ARE HUGE FANS OF VITAL GREENS AND VITAL KIDS…

If you haven’t heard of Vital Kids, it’s an all-in-one daily multi-nutrient containing 56 vital ingredients that provides kids with nutritional support and energy during crucial growth spurts, it doesn’t contain any nasties –  and, most importantly, it tastes great!


To make it taste even yummier, we have 4 super-smoothie recipes your kids {and you, just add  Vital Greens} that are amazingly good, and good for you!

Green-o-saurus Smoothie 

1 1⁄2 cups of coconut water

2 handfuls of spinach leaves

3 stems of mint leaves {leaves only}

4 tbsp of coconut milk 1 banana {frozen}

1⁄4 of an avocado

3 ice cubes

1 teaspoon of Vital Kids {or Vital Greens, for you!}

2 teaspoons of honey/rice malt syrup {or to taste}

Cacao nibs, to sprinkle

 

Cocoa-nutty Banana 

1 1⁄2 bananas {frozen}

1 1⁄2 cups oat milk

1 tbsp of yoghurt

3 teaspoons cacao powder

1 teaspoon of Vital Kids {or Vital Greens, for you!}

2 teaspoons of a nut spread {we used ABC, you could use peanut butter}

2 teaspoons of honey/rice malt syrup {or to taste}

 

Minty Raspberry 

1 cup of frozen raspberries

1 1⁄2 cups of coconut water

1 teaspoon Vital Kids {or Vital Greens, for you!}

1 sprig of mint {leaves only}

2 teaspoons of honey/rice malt syrup {or to taste}

 

Super Blue-Apple-Berry 

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 1⁄2 cups of apple juice

1⁄2 banana, frozen

1 tbsp yoghurt

1 tbsp coconut milk

1 handful of spinach leaves

1 teaspoon of Vital Kids {or Vital Greens, for you!}
